Sundance Media Warranty and Returns Policy

All of our products are customized so there are no refunds given once the product has been delivered.

All products and services are delivered electronically. There is no charge to re-send a report to a client again at any point in the future.

Products do carry a 15-day warranty where incorrect data was used in processing the report in which case the report will be run again at no charge.

Services are billed at the beginning of the month when service begins. In the case of analytics the base rate is charged at the beginning of the month and any applicable page overage charges at the end of the month.

All services can be cancelled anytime and no further charges will be made as long as the cancellation request was submitted in writing by the account holder and contact person on file by fax, mail or email. A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the account holder by the same method that it was received.
All sales are final after delivery.
